- Here are the simple steps to set up your phone for Maxis Mobile Service:
- For Android Devices:
- Go to Settings
- Select More
- Select Carrier
- At Network Selection, turn off the “Automatic” selection, your phone will be searching for Network
- Select Maxis network
- For Apple Devices:
- Go to Settings
- Select Cellular
- Carrier Services
- Network Selection, turn off the “Automatic” selection, your phone will be searching for Network
- Select Maxis network

A. Cara Setting APN Maxis Smartphone Android
Caranya sangat mudah, Anda boleh buat sendiri tanpa perlu ke Customer Service atau kaunter Maxis.
- Pertama sekali, sila Anda masuk ke menu Tetapan (Setting).
- Kemudian pilih Network & Internet.
3. Setelah itu, pilih menu Mobile Network Setting
4. Kemudian cari pilihan Access Point Names. Jika menggunakan android dengan dual sim, Anda harus memilih dahulu simkad Maxis.
5.Setelah Anda masuk ke menu Setting APN.
6.buat apn baru dan Sila masukkan ikut macam gambar kat bawah ni
name masukkan: maxis atau maxis internet
apn tulis je: hos
lepas tu scrolls bahagian bawah cari apn protocol
boleh ipv4 only atau ipv4/ipv6
Lepas tu save atau simpan
kaau dah save jangan lupa restart dulu phone
